The Role

You will own execution across the company — ensuring that strategy turns into results across revenue, operations, and customer experience.

This is not a coordination role. You are responsible for making the business run predictably and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive Company Execution

• Translate company goals into clear weekly and monthly targets
• Ensure teams (marketing, sales, CS, mentor ops) hit their progress and numbers
• Identify execution gaps and fix them fast

2. Build Operating Systems

• Design and enforce systems across:
• Sales funnel
• Customer experience
• Mentor operations
• Turn messy workflows into structured, repeatable processes

3. Own Performance & Metrics

• Define and track key metrics:
• Revenue, conversion rates, retention, complaints
• Build dashboards and reporting systems
• Ensure decisions are driven by real data

4. Improve Efficiency & Unit Economics

• Identify bottlenecks across the funnel
• Improve conversion, retention, and operational efficiency
• Ensure growth is sustainable and profitable

5. Team Management & Accountability

• Work closely with function leads to drive performance
• Set clear KPIs and hold teams accountable
• Upgrade talent where needed

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• 6+ years in operations, consulting, or startup leadership
• Strong track record of driving execution and hitting targets
• Experience building or scaling operational systems
• Highly structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• High ownership and accountability

Strong plus:

• Experience in high-growth startups
• Exposure to revenue operations (sales, funnel, conversion)
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and automation
