The Role

This role is a combination of Student Care, Parent Communication, and Classroom Operations.

You will support students and parents throughout their learning journey, coordinate learning activities, solve operational issues, and help families continue achieving educational goals with TeenCare.

What you’ll do

Classroom Operations & Student Support

  • Onboard new students and execute the standard student care process via professional communication channels (Phone calls, etc.).
  • Handle all academic support requests, including updating schedules, processing teacher or class transfers, and managing course deferrals.
  • Track student learning progress and proactively propose data-driven improvements to enhance overall educational quality.

Parent Consultation & Retention

  • Provide regular academic progress updates to parents to ensure high-quality learning outcomes and maintain alignment.
  • Drive course renewals, extensions, and re-enrollments for existing families.
  • Understand parental insights (anxieties, expectations, pressures) to deliver proactive solutions, ensuring they continue investing long-term in their child‘s development.

Customer Care & Relationship Maintenance

  • Monitor the overall student learning experience and parent satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate closely with the product and mentoring teams to ensure strict service quality control.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships, directly increasing retention and parental referral rates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Able to speak Tagalog and English
  • Passionate about education, enjoy working with teenagers, and genuinely committed to supporting students’ holistic development
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in Academic Affairs, Customer Service, Student Care, Academic Management, Homeroom Teaching, or Classroom/Academic Operations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to connect with clients
  • Strong growth mindset and dedication to lifelong learning; serious and responsible in both learning and teaching
  • Self-driven, highly accountable, and willing to both practice and improve continuously - striving to become a mentor with both heart and impact, while developing personal competencies aligned with international standards
  • Intelligent, hardworking, kind-hearted, and driven to promote ethical educational products.
