TeenCare is building the Parenting AI for modern families — combining 1:1 mentoring for teens with AI-powered insights for parents.
We’re a fast-growing company in Southeast Asia, backed by global investors and trusted by parents across the region. Our products are used by families every week, and we’re building toward a platform that can scale globally. We’re looking for people who want to work on hard problems, take real ownership, and be held to a high bar.
We already have a strong paid acquisition engine. Now we’re building new growth channels and revenue loops that scale beyond ads.
The Role
You will own new growth engines outside paid acquisition — building channels and systems that drive sustainable, scalable revenue.
This includes:
- Organic growth
- Referral loops
- Partnerships
- Conversion & expansion flows
Your job is to create growth that compounds over time, not just spend-driven growth.
What You’ll Do
1. Build Organic Growth Channels
- Develop and scale:
- Content (short-form, social, SEO where relevant)
- Community / distribution channels
- Turn content into a predictable lead source, not random output
2. Design Referral & Viral Loops
- Build systems that turn:
- Parents → advocates
- Users → referrers
- Launch and optimize referral programs inside the product
3. Unlock Partnerships
- Identify and execute partnerships:
- Schools
- Parent communities
- Platforms
- Turn partnerships into repeatable acquisition channels
4. Improve Conversion & Expansion
- Optimize:
- Lead → onboarding
- Onboarding → upsell
- Retention → expansion
- Work closely with sales, CS, and product
5. Build Growth Systems
- Design experimentation frameworks
- Run rapid tests across channels
- Track performance and double down on what works
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- 5+ years in growth, product growth, or business-building roles
- Experience building growth channels from 0 → 1
- Strong execution — you don’t just plan, you ship
- Data-driven mindset with strong experimentation skills
Strong plus:
- Experience in content-led or community-led growth
- Experience in referral or viral growth systems
- Experience working across product, marketing, and ops
