TeenCare is building the intelligence layer for modern parenting, combining human mentorship, parent coaching, behavioral insight, and AI.

We are looking for a Head of AI Operations & Automation to build the AI-powered operating system behind the company.

This role will own the design and implementation of AI agents, automation workflows, internal tools, and operational dashboards across sales, onboarding, mentor delivery, customer support, and finance.

You will work directly with the founder, product, engineering, sales, operations, and mentor quality teams to turn messy workflows into scalable AI-assisted systems.

Responsibilities

• Map and redesign business workflows across sales, onboarding, delivery, support, and finance.
• Design AI agents that assist with call QA, lead scoring, family diagnosis, mentor support, parent updates, churn risk, and reconciliation.
• Write clear specs for engineers and internal tool builders.
• Define data inputs, outputs, approval flows, and success metrics for each agent.
• Build SOPs for AI-assisted operations.
• Create dashboards to track workflow and agent performance.
• Train teams to adopt new AI-powered workflows.
• Monitor quality, risk, and human override loops.
• Continuously improve systems based on real business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in product operations, business operations, revenue operations, automation, product management, or startup operations.
• Strong fluency with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Strong ability to structure messy workflows.
• Ability to work with engineers and write clear product specs.
• Strong business judgment and operational discipline.
• Comfortable working with sales, ops, customer support, and product teams.
• Fast execution mindset.
• Strong ownership and accountability.

Strong Plus

• Experience with AI agents, LLM workflows, CRM automation, sales QA, customer support automation, internal tools, dashboards, or product analytics.
• Experience in education, healthcare, parenting, coaching, or service businesses.
• Experience with tools such as OpenAI, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable, Supabase, HubSpot, Fireflies, Gong, or similar platforms.

Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will have:

• Mapped TeenCare’s core revenue-delivery workflow.
• Designed and launched the first internal AI agents.
• Built dashboards for agent performance and operational bottlenecks.
• Improved sales follow-up, parent updates, and workflow consistency.
• Created a scalable foundation for TeenCare’s AI-first operating model.

Compensation
