We combine weekly 1:1 mentoring for teens with AI-powered insights for parents — turning real-life signals into clear, actionable guidance. Our product is used weekly by families and is growing rapidly across Southeast Asia.

We’re now looking for a Product Owner to drive product execution at the intersection of growth, user experience, and AI.

The Role

You will work directly with the CEO, engineering, and cross-functional teams to turn user insights into shipped product.

This is a hands-on execution role, focused on improving real user outcomes across the product funnel — from onboarding to retention.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive Product Execution

• Translate user needs and business goals into clear product tasks
• Define and prioritize what gets built each week
• Work closely with engineers to deliver features end-to-end

2. Improve User Experience & Growth

• Optimize key product flows:
• onboarding experience
• parent engagement
• retention and usage
• Identify friction points and propose solutions

3. Turn Insights into Product

• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Mentors
• Analyze user feedback, behavior, and data
• Convert insights into product improvements

4. Collaborate Across Teams

• Align with Engineering on timelines and delivery
• Partner with Growth and Operations on experiments
• Ensure product decisions are grounded in real user needs

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience in Product, Growth, or similar roles
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Ability to move quickly from idea → execution
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information
• Strong communication and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered products or data-driven systems
• Exposure to consumer products, edtech, or marketplaces
• Understanding of user funnels and growth metrics
