What You’re Selling
TeenCare helps parents of teenagers (ages ~10–18) improve:
- motivation & discipline
- emotional regulation
- communication at home
- school & life direction
This is not a one-call impulse product.
It’s a trust-based, consultative sale to parents who already feel a problem and are exploring solutions.
Lead Source & Sales Flow (Important)
- All leads come from paid ads (Facebook / Meta)
- Parents have already:
- seen our product
- submitted their information
- expressed interest
Your job is not to convince cold strangers.
Your job is to:
- Contact leads promptly
- Understand the parent’s situation
- Explain the program clearly
- Convert them into paid entry subscriptions (1–3 months)
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Call warm inbound leads (parents)
- Run 15–30 minute phone consultations
- Ask structured discovery questions:
- child’s age & challenges
- urgency level
- decision-maker & budget
- Position TeenCare as a fit or non-fit (no hard selling)
- Close payment for entry subscription
- Update CRM with call outcomes & notes
What Success Looks Like
- Revenue closed and win rate
- High contact rate with leads
- Consistent weekly conversions
- Clean reporting (no inflated numbers)
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 2+ years phone sales / telesales experience
- Comfortable speaking with parents (not teens)
- Confident, calm, structured phone presence
- Able to explain a service clearly (no script-reading)
- Knows how to handle objections like:
- “Let me think about it”
- “I need to ask my spouse”
- “Is this really going to help?”
- Reliable internet + quiet calling setup
If your background is only:
- call center volume dialing
- script-only sales
- cold lead blasting
This role will not suit you.
Strong Plus (But Not Required)
- Experience selling education, coaching, or services
- Experience selling to families or professionals
- Understanding of consultative / needs-based selling
- Familiar with CRM systems and basic sales metrics
