Job Description

TeenCare is building the intelligence layer for modern parenting, combining human mentorship, behavioral science, education, and AI to help teenagers grow into healthy, confident, and resilient adults.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and scale the technology infrastructure behind TeenCare‘s learning and operations platform.

This role is for an engineer who enjoys building reliable systems, improving developer productivity, and applying modern technologies to support a fast-growing product company.

What You‘ll Do

• Build and maintain internal platforms including LMS, CRM, CSM, and operational systems.
• Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and security.
• Develop backend services and APIs that support business and product operations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver new features and system integrations.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, deployment, and system performance.
• Research and implement emerging technologies such as AI Agents, RAG, workflow automation, and serverless architectures.
• Continuously improve platform stability, security, and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong programming skills in at least one backend language such as Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Git, and software deployment practices.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Fast execution mindset with strong ownership.

Strong Plus

• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, or similar DevOps tools.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience building SaaS products such as LMS, CRM, or customer platforms.
• Experience with AI technologies, automation workflows, RAG, or LLM applications.
• Experience in education technology, healthcare, coaching, or service businesses.

In your first 90 days, you will have improved the reliability and scalability of TeenCare‘s platform, streamlined deployment and operational workflows, contributed to key internal systems, and helped build a strong technical foundation for future AI-powered products.

Compensation
