We operate in a high-speed, execution-driven environment — and are looking for a Project Manager to ensure teams deliver consistently and on time.

The Role

You will work across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Growth to ensure that priorities are executed with clarity, speed, and accountability.

This is not a coordination role — this is a delivery role.

Your job is to make sure things get done.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive Execution Across Teams

• Track all key initiatives and ensure progress stays on track
• Identify delays, blockers, and risks early
• Push teams to meet deadlines and commitments

2. Enforce Clarity & Accountability

• Ensure every task has:
• clear owner
• clear deadline
• clear expected outcome
• Follow up until completion — no silent drops

3. Remove Blockers Fast

• Surface issues across teams (Product, Engineering, CS, Ops)
• Coordinate resolution quickly
• Escalate when needed

4. Maintain Execution Rhythm

• Run weekly execution check-ins
• Maintain visibility on progress across all key projects
• Ensure priorities are aligned with company goals

5. Support Structured Delivery

• Break down large initiatives into actionable steps
• Help teams stay focused on high-impact work
• Keep execution simple and fast (no unnecessary process)

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience in Project Management, Operations, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• High sense of ownership and urgency
• Comfortable pushing people and holding them accountable
• Able to manage multiple workstreams at once
• Clear, structured communication

Nice to Have

• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
• Exposure to product or engineering teams
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Linear, etc.
