ABOUT TEENCARE

TeenCare is an AI-powered Parenting Intelligence platform helping parents better understand and support their teenagers through AI, behavioral science, and human mentorship.

We are building a global-first, AI-native product and looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and scale AI capabilities in production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, build, and deploy AI/LLM-powered products and intelligent workflows.
• Develop solutions using LLM, RAG, AI Agents, recommendation/personalization, and ML where appropriate.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering in Mission Squads to turn business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Own AI features end-to-end: problem discovery → development → deployment → monitoring → optimization.
• Build evaluation frameworks and improve AI quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Design reusable AI components, services, and architecture.
• Research and evaluate new AI models, tools, and approaches.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML/Software Engineering.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building production AI/LLM applications.
• Strong knowledge of LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.
• Experience with AI Agents / agentic workflows is a strong plus.
• Experience with cloud, APIs, and production systems.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an AI-native and highly collaborative product environment.
