We operate a high-performing telesales engine in Vietnam and are expanding into the Philippines. The challenge is not demand — it’s replicating a winning sales system into a new market.
The Role
You are hired as a closer first.
You will:
- Take real sales calls (in Vietnamese)
- Convert Vietnamese parents into paying customers
- Hit aggressive revenue targets
Only after you prove consistent closing performance will you be given the opportunity to: Build and lead the Philippines telesales team
What You Will Do
1. Close Deals (Week 1-2)
- Handle inbound leads (English-speaking parents)
- Run structured sales calls
- Convert to paid subscriptions
- Handle objections confidently and directly
2. Master the System (Weeks 3–4)
- Learn from top VN performers (scripts, flow, psychology)
- Internalize what actually drives conversion
- Adapt scripts to English-speaking market
3. Earn the Right to Lead (Month 2+)
Top performers will:
- Train new telesales reps
- Help refine scripts and objection handling
- Take ownership of Philippines team performance
Targets & Metrics
You will be measured on:
- Close rate
- Revenue per day
- Show → close conversion
- Consistency over time
If you avoid numbers, this role is not for you.
Who You Are
Non-negotiables:
- Vietnamese with fluent English (you can confidently sell and handle objections)
- Proven ability to persuade and close (any form of sales experience is a plus)
- High ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable with pressure, rejection, and targets
Strong advantages:
- Experience in telesales / high-ticket closing
- Competitive mindset (you want to win, not just perform tasks)
- Fast learner — you can observe patterns and improve quickly
Compensation
- Base salary: 15-20M + uncapped performance bonus tied to revenue (OTE 25-30M)
