About the Role

We are looking for a Teacher Quality Specialist who can own the execution of teaching quality through direct teacher coordination, performance evaluation, and system implementation.

This role goes beyond coordination - you will work directly with teachers, give feedback, enforce standards, and handle performance-related situations. You will also contribute to recommendations on reward/penalty policies and quality improvements.

1. Teacher Coordination & Communication (Core)

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned teachers
• Conduct regular check-ins and feedback conversations
• Communicate expectations clearly and ensure accountability
• Handle teacher concerns while maintaining quality standards
  
  

2. Teaching Quality Execution (QA/QC)

• Conduct regular class observations (offline/online)
• Evaluate teaching quality based on defined criteria
• Provide clear, actionable, and timely feedback
• Ensure teachers follow teaching standards and protocols
• Identify performance issues early

3. Performance Management & Policy Input

• Monitor teacher performance and track quality metrics
• Recommend reward/penalty actions based on performance
• Support performance handling decisions:
• Improvement plans
• Escalations

• Handle performance-related issues and escalations

4. Operations Handling (Teacher-related)

• Resolve daily issues involving teachers:
• Absences
• Schedule conflicts
• Class disruptions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Take ownership of issues until resolution

5. System Execution & Improvement

• Ensure QA/QC processes are consistently followed
• Identify gaps in execution and suggest improvements
• Support rollout of new processes or tools

6. Tool & AI Usage

• Use internal tools / AI systems for quality tracking
• Ensure accurate data input and reporting
• Support basic analysis to identify trends
