Job Description
At TeenCare, we work at the intersection of education, family, and technology — turning real signals from teens’ lives into clear, actionable guidance for parents. We combine human insight and AI to support better decisions in moments that actually matter.
We’re a fast-growing company in Southeast Asia, backed by global investors and trusted by parents across the region. Our products are used by families every week, and we’re building toward a platform that can scale globally.
We’re looking for people who want to work on hard problems, take real ownership, and be held to a high bar.
About the Role
We are looking for a Learning Design Specialist who can turn an existing curriculum into high-quality, ready-to-use lesson materials and build a scalable content system.
You will not start from scratch — instead, you will translate curriculum into execution, ensure quality, and lead a small content team.
What You Will Do
- Convert curriculum into detailed lesson plans and teaching materials
- Ensure all materials are clear, practical, and easy for teachers to use immediately
- Build and standardize lesson design guidelines and templates
- Review and improve lesson materials created by others
- Manage and guide 1–2 Learning Designers (current or future hires)
- Work closely with Trainers to test and refine lessons based on real classroom feedback
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience designing lesson plans or teaching materials
- Can translate abstract curriculum into step-by-step teaching flow
- Can translate ideas into structured, ready-to-use materials
- Understands what makes a lesson engaging, clear, and teachable
- Has experience reviewing and improving others’ work
- Is detail-oriented and execution-focused
- Thinks practically and focuses on real-world application
- Takes ownership and drives work to completion
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You prefer high-level strategy over hands-on work
- You are not comfortable working at lesson-level details
- You create content that looks good but is hard to use in class
Work Setup (Remote + Onsite Flexibility)
- This is a full-time role with flexible work arrangements
- You can work remotely from anywhere globally or onsite in Vietnam (Hanoi)
- We operate as a distributed team across market
- Our culture is remote-friendly, async when possible, and outcome-driven
- Strong ownership, communication, and self-management are essential
What This Role Will Give You
- The opportunity to build and scale a learning content system with international standards
- Exposure to a multi-market environment with diverse learners and teaching contexts globally
- Real ownership and a clear path to grow into an Expert or a Manager
