The Role
You will lead and scale the Mentor Academy — responsible for how mentors are hired, trained, and supported to deliver consistently high-quality sessions.
This role sits at the intersection of education, operations, and product quality.
What You’ll Do
1. Build & Scale Mentor Supply
- Manage end-to-end mentor pipeline (sourcing → training → deployment)
- Ensure sufficient mentor capacity to support growth
2. Run the Mentor Academy
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs
- Develop clear frameworks for how mentors run effective sessions
3. Ensure Consistent Quality
- Monitor session quality using internal tools and feedback systems
- Work closely with QA and product teams to improve mentor performance
4. Manage Mentor Performance
- Track mentor performance and engagement
- Coach, develop, and retain high-performing mentors
5. Improve Learning Experience
- Continuously refine session quality and student experience
- Translate insights from mentor sessions into product and curriculum improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in education, training, coaching, or operations
- Experience building or managing training programs or service teams
- Strong execution skills — able to turn ideas into structured systems
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- High ownership and accountability
Nice to Have
- Experience in edtech, coaching, or youth development
- Experience managing large freelance or distributed teams
- Familiarity with AI tools or data-driven operations
