Job Description

A LETTER TO FUTURE EDUCATORS OF HAPPINESS

Dear our beloved future educators,

Do you want to be a part of a global start up?

At TeenCare, we believe education is the most powerful tool to build a happier, more equal society. TeenCare is part of The Bright Family, an education group headquartered in Singapore, sharing the same vision of shaping progressive education across the world.

Our mission? To empower over 100,000+ young people and parents with confidence, knowledge, and compassion.

TeenCare is the name behind the Rise and Shine Box—self-learning toolkit for sexual education—and a series of transformative programs like TeenUp Course, Summer Camp, SOHE Book Set, and our groundbreaking CSE Curriculum, now taught in public schools nationwide.

We’re not just creating educational products—we’re building a movement. And now, we’re inviting passionate, purpose-driven educators to join our mission of universalizing life skills and sexual education for every child.

Your Mission

As a Mentor, you‘ll become a trusted companion in a young person‘s journey through adolescence.

Your core role is to guide teenagers through personalized 1:1 sessions, helping them build emotional intelligence, life skills, confidence, and healthy decision-making. Alongside this, you‘ll partner with parents, giving them meaningful insights so they can better understand, support, and grow alongside their children.

Together, we help build stronger individuals, stronger families, and ultimately, a healthier society.

What You‘ll Do

Learn. Grow. Inspire.

  • Take part in weekly professional development and mentoring workshops.
  • Keep learning through TeenCare‘s internal learning platform.
  • Sharpen your coaching, communication, and leadership skills through ongoing practice and feedback.

Mentor Teenagers

  • Lead weekly or monthly 1:1 mentoring sessions using TeenCare‘s curriculum.
  • Help students navigate challenges, strengthen emotional wellbeing, build life skills, and unlock their potential.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships that inspire confidence and growth.

Partner with Parents

  • Share students‘ progress and meaningful observations with parents.
  • Accompany parents in understanding their children‘s development and encourage positive communication at home.
  • Maintain thoughtful, supportive communication via email and messaging as needed.

Collaborate as One Team

  • Track student progress and submit mentoring reports.
  • Work closely with the TeenCare team to keep improving the learning experience.
  • Commit to accompanying each learner through a 3–12 month journey — building lasting impact, not one-off interactions.

At TeenCare, we don‘t simply teach. We mentor. We listen. We empower young people to thrive — and help families grow together.
