About the Role

We are looking for an Quality Specialist who can both run day-to-day operations and build a scalable quality assurance system.

This role goes beyond coordination — you will be responsible for ensuring teaching quality through class observations, QA/QC processes, and technology-driven solutions (including AI).

1. Daily Operations

  • Manage class schedules and teacher allocation
  • Handle parent issues and complaints with full ownership
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues (teacher absence, scheduling conflicts, etc.)

2. QA/QC Execution (Core Responsibility)

  • Conduct regular class observations (offline/online)
  • Evaluate teaching quality based on existing criteria
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to teachers
  • Ensure QA/QC processes are consistently followed

3. System Execution & Improvement

  • Implement QA/QC processes designed by the team lead
  • Track quality data and report issues or patterns
  • Flag gaps in execution and suggest practical improvements
  • Support the rollout of new processes or tools

4. Tool & AI Usage (Execution Level)

  • Use internal tools / AI solutions for quality tracking and reporting
  • Support data collection and basic analysis
  • Ensure tools are used correctly and consistently in daily operations

  • Operations run smoothly with minimal disruption
  • QA/QC processes are executed consistently
  • Teaching quality is monitored and issues are caught early
  • Feedback is clear, actionable, and leads to improvement
  • Systems are followed properly in real execution

  • Is strong in execution and follow-through
  • Has experience in operations, coordination, or QA/QC
  • Is detail-oriented and comfortable evaluating performance
  • Can handle multiple issues at once without losing control
  • Is proactive and takes ownership of problems
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

Work Setup (Remote + Onsite Flexibility)

  • This is a full-time role with flexible work arrangements
  • You can work remotely from anywhere globally or onsite in Vietnam (Hanoi)
