TeenCare is an EdTech and youth development platform helping students and families thrive through life skills education, emotional development, personalized mentoring, and mental wellness programs. We currently operate across Vietnam and the Philippines, with an active roadmap to expand into Southeast Asia and global markets including the US and UK.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

TeenCare has built a high-performing upsell engine in Vietnam. Now we‘re scaling it — first across Southeast Asia, then globally.

This role is for people who want to learn sales from the inside out — not through theory, but through real execution alongside a team that‘s hitting targets and building a repeatable, exportable playbook. You‘ll work directly within our Upsell team, learning how we identify opportunities, handle objections, close renewals, and grow revenue per customer.

Top performers will have a clear path: become a full Upsell Executive in Vietnam, then be part of the team that brings this model to new markets — Philippines, Southeast Asia, and beyond.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  1. Upsell Execution
  • Work directly in the upsell pipeline — tracking customer stages, flagging upgrade opportunities, and supporting Upsell Executives in closing conversations.
  • Own follow-up touchpoints: reminder calls, Zalo/WhatsApp outreach, post-session check-ins.
  • Learn and apply TeenCare‘s upsell scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and closing techniques.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy for assigned customer accounts.

What good looks like:

  • Follow-up response rate ≥ 80%
  • Manage X active customer relationships — driving action at key touchpoints.
  • Conversion support on assigned upsell deals every month (target set by manager)
  1. Playbook Learning & Documentation
  • Actively participate in team huddles, call reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Document learnings: what works, what doesn‘t, what‘s replicable across markets.
  • Shadow senior Upsell Executives and progressively take on more customer ownership over time.
  • Contribute to improving scripts, templates, and operational SOPs.
  1. Customer Advisory & Care
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to subscription upgrades, plan changes, and service questions.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and recommend the right next step.
  • Build trust with families — you‘re not just selling, you‘re helping them get more value from TeenCare.
  1. Global Market Readiness (for top performers)
  • Deeply understand how the Vietnam playbook is structured so it can be localized for new markets.
  • Support coordination tasks with international teams (Philippines, SEA expansion, and future markets).
  • Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, English fluency, and cross-cultural adaptability will be prioritized for international expansion opportunities — Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, US, UK, and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Genuine interest in sales - you want to understand why customers say yes, not just follow a script.
  • Clear, warm communicator - especially over the phone and chat.
  • Organized and reliable - you follow through on commitments and keep your pipeline clean.
  • English communication is required - written and spoken proficiency to collaborate with international teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where you build, not just execute.
