The Role
You will drive customer retention and lifetime value at TeenCare — owning course renewals, parent consultations, and post-sales relationship management.
We’ve already achieved rapid growth and a high-demand market fit. The challenge now is to sustain this momentum by deeply understanding parental insights, handling complex objections, and ensuring every family continues their long-term growth journey with us.
What‘ll you do
Course Renewal
- Contact parents who are using/have used the program to consult on course renewal.
- Analyze the student‘s learning journey, thereby proposing an appropriate next roadmap.
- Persuade parents to continue investing long-term in their child‘s development.
Consultation & Objection Handling
- Flexibly use scripts and sales skills to handle objections such as: price, effectiveness, child‘s needs.
- Understand parental insights (anxieties, expectations, pressures) to provide appropriate solutions.
- Not just "selling a course" but helping parents make the right decision.
Customer Care & Relationship Maintenance
- Monitor the student‘s learning experience and the parent‘s satisfaction level.
- Coordinate with the operations team/teachers to ensure service quality.
- Build long-term relationships, increasing retention and referral rates.
Data & Personal Performance Management
- Work with 100% hot data from Marketing and existing customer data.
- Update CRM, track pipeline and conversion rate.
- Ensure KPIs on renewal revenue, retention rate, and upsell.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, with a proven track record in closing deals.
- Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- High empathy and a deep comfort level when communicating with parents.
- A strong service mindset that consistently prioritizes the student‘s best interest.
- Persistent attitude with a strong drive to follow up systematically.
Strong plus:
- Prior experience in Customer Success, Customer Care, or Account Management.
- Experience specializing in subscription renewals, upselling, or educational consulting.
- Passion for or experience working within the fields of education and youth development.
