About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Internal Trainer who can drive real performance improvement across teams and has strong academic and/or sales background
You will work across functions (Academic, Sales, Operations…) to ensure that training leads to measurable changes in how people work, through well-delivered sessions.
What You Will Do
- Design and deliver training sessions for different teams (Academic, Sales, Operations…)
- Facilitate onboarding and upskilling programs for new and existing staff
- Work closely with team leads to identify performance gaps
- Turn business needs into practical training content and sessions
- Observe team performance and provide actionable coaching
- Follow up after training to ensure real application and improvement
- Continuously improve training effectiveness based on business outcomes
What Success Looks Like
- Staff performance improves after training (not just satisfaction)
- Teams apply what was trained into daily work
- Training contributes to better business results (conversion, quality, efficiency…)
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in onboarding, training, coaching, or people development
- Can work across different functions (not just one domain)
- Understands how to turn problems into practical training solutions
- Is highly execution-focused and outcome-driven
- Communicates clearly and adapts to different audiences
- Takes ownership beyond delivering sessions

- You only enjoy presenting but not driving real change
- You rely on pre-made content without adapting to context
- You do not follow up after training
- You prefer theory over practical application
Work Setup (Remote + Onsite Flexibility)
- This is a full-time role with flexible work arrangements
- You can work remotely from anywhere globally or onsite in Vietnam (Hanoi)
- We operate as a distributed team across market
