About TeenCare
TeenCare is a Southeast Asia-based AI-powered EdTech platform helping families support their teens' learning and development. We combine 1-1 mentorship, life-skills coaching, and AI-driven insights to give parents a clearer picture of their child's growth — and to walk alongside families, not just deliver a service. Our Product Delivery Center (PDC) is the team that brings this experience to life every day for families across Vietnam, the Philippines, and beyond.
About the role
You'll be hands-on with our mentor community day to day — training them, coaching them, and making sure every mentor is genuinely equipped to support both a student's learning and a parent's understanding of their child's progress.
What you'll do
- Support recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluation for our Mentor 1:1 and Life Skills mentors.
- Track mentor quality standards and how mentors are performing against them.
- Monitor mentor satisfaction scores, help identify what's driving lower scores, and support mentors in improving.
- Help run our monthly mentor assessments.
- Support the development of lesson plans as our product evolves.
- Flag and help address quality issues — additional coaching or retraining when needed.
Who you are
- Prior experience as a class operations / academic operations staff member at English centers or training centers
- About 1 year of relevant experience is enough to apply — final-year students are also welcome to apply.
- Working in English.
- A background in Psychology from university is a plus.
- Careful, observant, and comfortable giving constructive feedback.
