About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Product Delivery Leader who can own three critical areas: building the operational backbone of how our classes run, developing the people who deliver our product, and ensuring students are actually learning.
This is not a coordination role. You will build systems, train people across functions, and be held accountable for measurable student outcomes.
What you will do
1. Automate classroom operations
- Map the end-to-end operational workflow of our classes, from student onboarding to course completion
- Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone steps and design solutions to eliminate them (tools, automations, SOPs)
- Work with the Tech and Product teams to integrate automation tools into daily operations
- Measure the impact of each improvement: time saved, error rate reduction, operational efficiency gains
- Maintain and continuously iterate on the systems you build
2. Train staff across functions on product and delivery skills
- Design and own training programs covering product knowledge and delivery skills for Academic, Sales, and Operations teams
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and upskilling programs for existing staff
- Work closely with team leads to identify performance gaps and turn them into practical training solutions
- Build standardized materials: playbooks, scripts, SOPs - for every role involved in product delivery
- Track whether training leads to real behavioral change, not just satisfaction scores
3. Monitor student learning progress and intervene
- Set up a tracking system for student learning progress — attendance, completion rate, engagement, and output quality
- Analyze learning data regularly to surface students who are falling behind or at risk of dropping out
- Design a structured intervention protocol: who does what, when, and through what mechanism
- Partner with mentors and teachers to ensure interventions happen at the right time in the right way
- Own periodic reporting on learning outcomes — you are accountable for the results, not just the process
What success looks like
- Manual processing time in classroom operations drops to 20% after your systems are in place
- Every new hire can deliver the product to standard after going through your training
- At-risk students are identified and supported within 48 hours
- Learning outcomes improve in measurable, reportable ways
- Across functions, people apply what was trained — not just during sessions, but in daily work
We are looking for someone who
- Has a 5+ years background in education, training, operations, or product delivery
- Thinks in systems and loves standardizing processes
- Is comfortable using automation tools (Make, Zapier, Notion, or equivalent)
- Has experience training or coaching people and following up to make sure it worked
- Can read and act on data, not just collect it
- Takes ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables
This role is NOT for you if
- You enjoy training but don‘t want to be responsible for what happens after
- You prefer working on content over touching operational systems
- You need someone to define the problem for you before you start moving
- You‘re uncomfortable using data to make decisions
Work setup (remote + onsite flexibility)
- This is a full-time role with flexible work arrangements
- You can work remotely from anywhere globally or onsite in Vietnam (Hanoi)
