SUMMARY

We are looking for an Educational Consultant based in Thailand, with a preference for candidates living in Bangkok. The role combines teaching classes for parents and children aged 8–18 with customer support and day-to-day coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead 1:1 and small-group 1:10 classes for parents and children aged 8–18.
• Explain concepts clearly and adapt communication to learners’ ages and needs.
• Follow up on questions and communicate clearly with parents.
• Make order-confirmation calls and assist customers through chat.
• Coordinate shipments and follow up on delivery status with relevant parties.
• Coordinate class schedules and appointments, and participate in team meetings.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• Based in Thailand; Bangkok preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Thai, with confidence teaching in Thai.
• Experience teaching, facilitating learning, or working with children aged 8–18 and/or parents.
• Patient, organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting individuals and small groups.
• Customer support, order coordination, or shipping experience is a plus.

Curriculum, session format (online or in person), schedule, and compensation will be agreed before engagement.
