Job Description
About TeenCare
TeenCare is building the Parenting AI for modern families — combining 1:1 mentoring for teens with AI-powered insights for parents.
We work with thousands of families weekly, turning real conversations into structured intelligence that helps parents make better decisions.
We’re a fast-growing company in Southeast Asia, backed by global investors (including Acumen, Advocates for Youth, EMpower, MIT Solve, and TiE Singapore) and trusted by parents across the region. Our products are used by families every week, and we’re building toward a platform that can scale globally. We’re looking for people who want to work on hard problems, take real ownership, and be held to a high bar.
About the Product
Our educational philosophy: "Understanding leads to empathy." We believe that when parents truly understand their children, they can support them with greater empathy, patience, and love.
TeenCare is not a program designed to "fix" teenagers. Instead, it is an AI-powered parenting companion that helps parents better understand their children during adolescence—the most challenging yet transformative stage in preparing them for adulthood.
Our solution combines weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions for teens with AI-driven insights, personalized learning content, and progress reports that help parents understand their child‘s behavioral patterns and track their development in real time.
By staying true to this approach, TeenCare has earned the trust of a growing number of families who choose us as their long-term partner in supporting their children through the teenage years.
